Had a great time at the RWAS Spring Festival May 17-18th!

Best results we have ever achieved!  Started slowly with the Senior Buck class where last year’s winner (Marchgwyn Dilwyn) only managed 4th although my alternative (Ashmead Adam) took over the reins with a 2nd place.

Then things changed. 1st and second in the yearling buck class, 1st and 2nd in the yearling does, 2st and 2nd in the maiden does, 2nd in the doe with kid, 1st and 2nd in the pairs.  Then on to the final sections, reserve champion doe (with my maiden doe Marchgwyn Fleur), and finally my yearling buck (whose sire was last years senior buck winner) Marchgwyn Evan took Champion buck and then went on to take Supreme Champion! 

What a day! Made all the better with having the kids and all the grandkids present to see it.  Thanks to Charli-Ann for handling assistance, it got a little manic at times but was worth it in the end.
